If every product you've ordered is in stock, the expected delivery timelines are as follows:
USA: 2-3 Business Days
Greater Toronto Area: 1-5 Business Days
Canada East Coast: 1-5 Business Days
Canada West Coast: 3-6 Business Days
Europe: 14-21 Business Days
Australia: 12-25 Business Days
Rest Of The World: 10-30 Business Days


SAMARA will accept returns on all products within 14 days of you receiving your item. Should you be unsatisfied with your SAMARA product, please send it back to one of our shipping locations below, in its original packaging. Returned products should be in the same condition as received. A refund of your product will appear within 10-15 business days after our location has processed your shipment. Please note that at this time, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to our US/Canadian location.

Discount Codes:

Our system honours one discount code at a time. If you already have a discount code in your cart, you won't have the option of adding an additional one. Once you remove it, the discount bar will reappear. 

Free Mini Promo:

For orders that qualify for a free Mini as part of our Black Friday promo, please note that we will do our best to accommodate your colour requests but in the event that we cannot match it, we will send you another Mini so as to get your bags to you as soon as we can.
